PALLETSTAR defines 3 work stations.
STATION 1: Assembly of the pallet or packaging. The operator places all the elements on the template.
STATION 2. Automatic nailing. Work performed by the CNC Nailing machine.
STATION 3: Stacking of the pallets, carried out by the ANTHROPOMORPHIC ROBOT.
The tables move from one station to another by means of a motorized rotary movement, in steps of 120º, with precision pneumatic

Starting from the empty nailing cell,

At the same time the ANTHROPOMORPHIC ROBOT picks up and stacks the pallet/package 2.
5. The operator mounts on the template the elements of the pallet/package 5 to be manufactured.
At the same time the CNC Nailing machine pins the pallet/package 4
At the same time the ANTHROPOMORPHIC ROBOT picks up and stacks the pallet/package 3.
6. Etc.......
